To properly understand the uniqueness of this system, we need to clarify the different aspects of the marketing plan. Business margin The Business Margin, being the difference between the purchase price of items bought and the price at which you sell, is the profit you make.  Depending on the items sold, sales margins (your profit) of up to 40% can be achieved. Montly bonuses In addition, your sales and those of your registered team earn bonus points, which increase as the volume of your turnover rises. A sales value of  €1 = 2 PW (Points Value) For example, if your own sales amount to €100 and your registered partners, say 5 members, make overall sales of €1,000, then the total sales turnover amounts of  €1,100, which equates to 2,200 PW.  Your bonus level is, therefore, 12%. Bonus levels play an important part in the career growth of each registered partner.  You can earn through your own direct sales, but your earnings will be even greater with the registration of new colleagues who will also be making their own direct sales. Cars available: Mercedes GLK, Mercedes SLK or Audi Q5. Level 1 & Level 2 of the Car Bonus Scheme come within the base table for career growth:- Level 1 – requires 15% bonus level, i.e. group turnover of at least €2,000 per month - (4000 PW).  Cars available:  Opel Corsa or Volkswagen Polo. Level 2 – requires 21% bonus level and a Team Manager position, with group turnover of at least €10,000 per month. Cars available: Mercedes GLK, Mercedes SLK or Audi Q5.                            Example of one month’s commissions In one month produces its own turnover to 600 € and my team will produce a total turnover of 500 +500 +800 +900 = 2700, - €. Group turnover amounted to 2700 € + 600 €  = 3300 €  this equal to 6.600 PW, and 6 600 PW is 15% bonus of your own. In one month, you produce your own turnover of  €600 and your team produces a total turnover of €500 + €500 + €800 + €900 = €2,700.  Group turnover, therefore, amounts to €2,700 + €600 = €3,300, which equates to 6,600 points.  6,600 PW (Points Value) gives you a 15% bonus of your own. 600,- € = 15 % Ian Paul Jane Mandy 500,- € 500,- € 800,- € 900,- € 9% bonus 9% bonus 9% bonus 9% bonus Note 1 € = 2 PW - points value  Commission Commission margin for the direct sale of 40% €600 x 1.4 (40%) – €600 = €240 You bought the NWA products for €600 (purchase price) and sold them for €840 (sales price), therefore, your profit is €240. Bonus - own turnover Bonus 15% from 600,- € = 90,- € Additional income earned from your own group bonus structure Ian – 15% - 9% = 6% of €500 =  €30 Paul -15% - 9% = 6% of €500 =  €30 Michel - 15% - 9% = 6% of €800 =  €48 Mandy - 15% - 9% = 6% of €900 =  €54 Your additional income from the group bonus is €162. Your total income is €240 + €90 + €162 = €492 This is just the beginning and only a sample career plan.
